Your Agreement with the Platform

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "on777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the on777 platform, accessible at on777.vu, and operated by its licensed entity under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the on777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered on777 player account created upon completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Platform" means the on777 website, all associated sub-pages, the casino lobby, sportsbook, and all digital services accessible via on777.vu.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and held in their on777 PKR wallet, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin value, or matched funds credited by on777 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sportsbook market, or other on777 product.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, involving submission and review of documents including a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent identity documentation.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain a valid on777 Account, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing and using the on777 platform is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from on777 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of on777 or its affiliated entities.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

on777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification. on777 will not accept wagers from, nor make payments to, any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on on777, you must complete the full account registration process. By submitting a registration form, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Registration requirements include:

• A valid and active Pakistani mobile number (03xx format) or email address not previously associated with another on777 account.
• A unique, secure password of sufficient complexity as required by on777's security parameters.
• Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older and accept these Terms & Conditions and the on777 Privacy Policy.

KYC Verification: on777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification process. Players are required to submit a clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where requested, proof of address and source of funds documentation. on777 may request KYC verification at any point — including prior to processing a first withdrawal, following any significant change in account activity, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring.

on777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason and in full compliance with applicable licensing obligations.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

All on777 account balances are denominated and operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). on777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit on on777 is PKR 500 per transaction via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer and USDT may differ — current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your on777 PKR wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer credits are subject to interbank processing timelines.
• on777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Network charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• on777 only accepts deposits from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment instruments previously used for deposit or to instruments verified as belonging to the account holder.
• A completed KYC verification is mandatory before on777 processes any withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing timelines are displayed within your on777 account panel at the time of request submission.
• on777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of significant value, including requests for source of funds documentation, prior to authorising the transfer.
• on777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing windows, or national payment infrastructure issues. JazzCash and EasyPaisa transaction delays on Pakistani public holidays or during network maintenance are not attributable to on777.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

on777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Validity Periods: Bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account balance without entitlement to compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are published in the individual bonus terms. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a different rate than slots.
• Withdrawal Restriction: A withdrawal request submitted while a Bonus Balance remains active will ordinarily result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it. on777 will process the withdrawal of the Real Money Balance component only.
• Abuse Policy: on777 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of platform errors, use of artificial intelligence to circumvent game mechanics, or participation in coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee bonus conversion.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all real-money wagers placed on the on777 platform across all product verticals including casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and crash games:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the on777 system. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except where on777's specific game rules provide for a cancellation option (e.g., Aviator cash-out feature).
• on777 sportsbook betting markets — including PSL cricket, international T20, Test matches, and UFC events — are governed by the on777 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Void bets, dead-heat rules, and in-play market suspension rules are described in the Sportsbook Rules document.
• All casino games on on777 use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session.
• Maximum payout limits per single wager, per session, and per month apply on on777. These limits are displayed within the platform and may differ by game type. on777 reserves the right to cap any single payout in excess of published limits.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or platform error that interrupts a wager, on777 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the affected wager in the fairest manner possible. Where resolution is not feasible, the wager will be voided and stakes returned to the player's PKR wallet.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the on777 platform:

• Registration by any person under the age of 21, or provision of false age or identity documentation during the KYC process.
• Operation of more than one registered on777 account, including registration under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses by the same individual.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud through the on777 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or scripts to access, play, or interact with on777 games or the sportsbook in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures, guarantee outcomes, or manipulate in-play sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not arise under normal platform operation. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an identified error are void regardless of the point at which the error is discovered.
• Engaging in charge-backs through a payment provider after having used deposited funds for wagering on on777.
• Any form of harassment, threatening communication, or abusive language directed at on777 support staff or other platform users.

08 Account Suspension, Closure & Balance Return

on777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the specified timeframe following a request.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The account holder has self-excluded and is attempting to access the platform during the exclusion period.
• on777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to age verification failure or regulatory requirements, any net verified deposits (deposits minus withdrawals) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method. Where an account is closed due to fraud or prohibited conduct, on777 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and, where applicable, to remit funds to the relevant regulatory authority.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their on777 account should contact support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any Real Money Balance will be paid out subject to these Terms and applicable KYC requirements.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the on777 platform — including but not limited to the on777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, images, graphics, text, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of on777 or is licensed to on777 by third-party providers for use on the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the on777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any on777 content without prior written consent.
• Use on777's name, logo, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised by on777.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any on777 software or game engine.
• Frame, scrape, or aggregate on777 content for display or distribution on any external platform.

Breach of these intellectual property restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure in addition to any civil or criminal remedies available to on777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, on777 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of the on777 platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or payment processing delays.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the on777 platform.
• The conduct, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your on777 account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• Technical failures, data loss, or disruptions caused by events beyond on777's reasonable control including internet outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes on777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

on777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on on777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Registration data (name, mobile number, email, date of birth) for account management and KYC purposes.
• Transaction data (deposit and withdrawal history, PKR amounts) for financial compliance and fraud prevention.
• Gaming activity data (session logs, wager history, game preferences) for personalisation, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

13 Amendments to These Terms

on777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the on777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the on777 platform and may request account closure and return of your Real Money Balance in accordance with Section 8.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date supersedes all previous versions in their entirety. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which on777's international gaming license is issued. This choice of law does not prevent you from relying on any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. First Contact: In the first instance, all disputes or complaints should be directed to the on777 support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. on777 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days.
2. Escalation: If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct contact with on777 support, you may escalate the matter to the regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body associated with on777's international gaming license.
3. Formal Proceedings: Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where required.
